The start of the 2009 XC racing season was blessed with beautiful weather as BCS hosted its traditional jamboree.  Five person teams from twelve schools took on the 1.75 mile Turtle Soup Relay course at Kelsey Creek Park in Bellevue.  Winners of the coveted cans of "turtle soup" were determined by the closest time prediction for the team.   [ RACE RESULTS ]

This unique race will give way to more serious racing this coming week as the Emerald City League kicks off its regular season on Tuesday at 3:45 PM at Lincoln Park in West Seattle.

Special thanks to Puma and Foot Zone for their friendship and valued sponsorship again this year.
