The CrossTown Middle School League Championships were held under great running conditions: cool and dry, with no breeze.  Lots of lessons were learned in this 2009 outdoor classroom for harriers.  Next year a few of these athletes will move up to the Viking varsity as 9th graders.  Be assured that a warm welcome awaits them.

The BCS Lady Vikings lacked the minimum five girls to make up a scoring team, but our two ran well, placing 5th and 16th out of 60.  We congratulate these top girls teams: 1st University Prep (48), 2nd Northwest (58), 3rd Cedar Park Christian (63).

On the boys side these were the results: 1st Northwest (31), 2nd Bush (63), 3rd Overlake (86), 4th Bellevue Christian (90), 5th University Prep (116), 6th Seattle Academy (122).  The BCS boys also placed two in the top 15, and its five scorers and two "bumpers" finished in the top 32 in this race of 67.

Please join us on Thursday, November 12th, at 6:30 p.m. at Three Points Elementary for the end-of-season awards banquet.
