The post season began tonight.  Michael Milbank (above) ran a smart 1600m to win it and advance himself to the Tri-District championships next week.  Others in the field events have already joined him and many more will battle to advance on Saturday.

One thing can be said for the King's High School track, it's compact layout, with field event venues inside the track oval, make it a great field for this meet.
