Congratulations to the BCS girls and the Cedar Park boys as they won their respective Emerald City League championships this Saturday.   The Viking girls won by a wide margin while the CPCS boys held off 2nd place BCS by dominating the throwing events and sending many to the podium in the running events.

With "Leagues" behind them, BCS coaches will fine tune their relay rosters in preparation for the Tri-District championships coming up.  As always, the goal is to qualify as many athletes as possible for the State meet in Cheney at the end of the month.  The team that will travel to Eastern Washington University will represent the top five placers in each event this week, and will represent the top sixteen 1A athletes in their events in the State.
